2006 Abdou Moumouni University protests : ウィキペディア英語版 | 2006 Abdou Moumouni University protests The 2006 Abdou Moumouni University protests were student protests which took place during June 2006 in Niamey, Niger over the non-payment of grants to students at the university. The protests temporarily shut down Abdou Moumouni University, the only public university in the country. Students set ten cars on fire and police fired tear gas at the student protesters.
